Our approach

How we assess
each project.

We turn promising local projects into opportunities investors can properly understand and assess, one project at a time, starting in Kinshasa.

  • Kinshasa firstA small first wave to prove the process
  • A separate structure for each projectClear ownership and cash flows
  • Evidence before capitalFigures only once they are confirmed

The process

Our four-stage project review.

An opportunity moves forward only when the evidence allows it. Here is what we check at each stage, and what has to be true before it moves on.

See where each opportunity stands →
  1. Stage 1

    Understand the asset

Establish what the asset is, who owns it and how it would earn money, judged on its own merits.

    What we check
    • Ownership, title and counterparties
    • Operating economics of the business
    • Local context and site conditions

Passed when The asset and its owner are clearly identified and the business case can be stated plainly.

  2. Stage 2

    Validate the evidence

Replace assumptions with measured results, independent assessments and a clear view of material risks.

    What we check
    • Pilot performance, yields or utilisation
    • Independent valuations and assessments
    • Material risks documented

Passed when Key assumptions are backed by measured data or signed contracts.

  3. Stage 3

    Structure for accountability

Set up a project-specific vehicle with governance and reporting before any capital is raised.

    What we check
    • Project-level vehicle (SPV)
    • Governance and investor reporting
    • Regulatory confirmation where required

Passed when Ownership, cash flows and responsibilities are defined in legal documents.

  4. Stage 4

    Investor review

Only now are terms and returns set out, with a model that shows what happens when things go wrong.

    What we check
    • Financial model with base, downside and severe-downside cases
    • Terms, fees and minimums
    • Eligibility checks

Passed when Full documentation is ready and participation can open.

Our commitments

What we will, and won’t, do.

We will

  • Show the evidence status of every opportunity, publicly
  • Put the risks next to the case, never behind it
  • Disclose terms, fees and minimums in full before any offer
  • Start small in Kinshasa and expand only when the process works

We won’t

  • Publish return figures before a financial model exists
  • Pick a target return first and work the assumptions backwards
  • Mix unrelated projects in one vehicle
  • Open participation before documentation and eligibility checks

Why start small

Kinshasa first. The continent after.

AG Capital Advisory is building an origination and execution platform. A focused first wave in and around Kinshasa lets us establish a repeatable process, from sourcing and diligence to structuring and reporting, before the portfolio grows across the DRC and Africa.

Can I invest today?

Not yet. This website presents a developing pipeline, not live investment offers. You can register interest now. Participation would follow project readiness, eligibility checks and formal investment documentation.

What is an SPV?

A special purpose vehicle is a separate legal entity set up for a particular project or asset. AG Capital Advisory’s proposed structure uses project-level SPVs to make ownership, cash flows and responsibilities easier to assess. Final protections depend on the legal documents.

Why aren’t returns shown yet?

Because no financial model has been completed. Returns will be published per opportunity once a bottom-up model exists, with base, downside and severe-downside cases, supported by pilot data and signed contracts.

What is the minimum investment?

It hasn’t been set yet. Minimums, fees, terms and timelines will be disclosed for each opportunity before any investment is accepted.

What risks should I understand?

Risks vary by project and can include loss of capital, illiquidity, currency movements, execution, regulatory changes and local operating conditions. Asset ownership does not guarantee repayment or returns. Each opportunity lists its key risks.

Can I get involved as a partner?

Yes. The approach relies on specialist operators and sector partners. Register interest and choose “Strategic partner” to outline your expertise.
